GLEN DAY CAPTURES FIRST PGA TOUR TITLE USING ALDILA GRAPHITE

SAN DIEGO, CA (April 19, 1999) Glen Day earned his first PGA Tour victory using Aldila graphite shafts.

Day, who won the MCI Classic with a dramatic 35-foot putt on the first playoff hole plays with the Titleist Ultralite S flex driver and Ping 101 3-wood with graphite shafts manufactured by Aldila. Day earned $450,000 for first place and surpassed the $3,000,000 mark in career earnings.
