DUVAL AND JULI INKSTER CAPTURE PGA AND LPGA TOUR WINS USING
ALDILA GRAPHITE
SAN DIEGO, CA (April 9, 1999)
David Duval and Juli Inkster recorded tournaments wins last
week at the PGA Tour BellSouth Classic and LPGA Longs Drug
Challenge, both using Aldila graphite shafts.
Duval, who won his fourth title
in 1999 and his 11th win in his last 34 events plays with
the RCH 90 Pro Series graphite shaft made by Aldila in his
Callaway 3-wood. Duval, who has earned over $2.5 million so
far this year, is the first player since Johnny Miller in
1975, to win four events prior to the Masters.
Inkster, registered her 19th
win on the LPGA Tour with a four shot win. In addition, Inkster
climbed over the $4 million mark in career earnings with victory.
Inkster plays with an Aldila Aldalite graphite shaft in her
Callaway driver.
