ALDILA's VS PROTO™ "BY YOU" SHAFT GARNERS FOUR PGA TOUR WINS IN 2006
POWAY, Calif. – After releasing their VS Proto™ at the start of the 2006 season, the success for the highly sought after “By You” shaft on the PGA Tour came almost instantaneously as Aldila landed back-to-back wins on the PGA Tour in February, followed by two more victories during the season including a win at the U.S. Open.
Golf’s leading designer and manufacturer of high performance graphite wood and iron shafts improved upon their existing Micro Laminate Technology™ found in their NV line by adding three more features.
The blue VS ProtoTM shaft incorporates Aldila’s innovative new Next Generation Micro Laminate TechnologyTM featuring Carbon Nano-tubes, combined with Aldila’s proprietary A65 Performance Resin System, using advanced high modulus graphite fibers, all synthesized into Micro Laminate TechnologyTM.
