TOM CARTER WINS NATIONWIDE CANADIAN USING ALDILA NV PROTOTYPE
AND ALDILA ONE SHAFTS, RICH BEEM GETS SECOND AT WESTERN

San Diego, CA (July 7, 2003)-Aldila, golf's leading designer
and manufacturer of high performance graphite wood and irons
shafts, had a win at the Nationwide's Samsung Canadian PGA
Championship event with a Tom Carter's victory and a second
place finish at The Western Open by Rich Beem, according
to the Darrell Survey Company.
Carter, used the Aldila One graphite shaft in his driver
and the NV Prototype in his 3-wood, winning the Nationwide
event in one hole playoff over Jason Bohn. In addition, current
PGA Champion, Rich Beem also played with the NV Prototype
in his woods, during his runnerup performance to Tiger Woods.
