U.S. OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP WINNER USED ALDILA NV^TM 85 SHAFT
 

Poway, CA, June 20, 2005 – Aldila, Inc. (NASDAQ:NMS:ALDA) announced today that the winner of the U.S. Open used their Aldila NV^TM 85 shaft. Additionally, the leader of the Fairways Hit statistic was using their Aldila NVS shaft. The Darrell Survey Company also reported that the Aldila NV^TM Hybrid was the most popular shaft for Hybrid clubs during the U.S. Open.

In addition, the winner of the LPGA Rochester Classic and the runner-up also used the Aldila NV^TM shaft. The champion used the NV^TM55 shaft and the runner-up used the special edition, Pink NV^TM 65 shaft.
